Applications Involved: Podio, Clean Email, ClickCease, Canva, Corelogic, Globiflow, KapWing – Video, Pro Backup, SKED Social, TIDI, Time Doctor, WooCommerce, Wufoo, GSuite.
III. Challenges Before Integration
Siloed data, manual transfers, difficulty tracking ROI, potential for errors, inefficiencies in managing separate applications, lack of reporting/dashboards, ineffective real-time management and
cashflow forecasting inefficiencies.
IV. The Solution: HubSpot CRM Integration
Centralising operations within HubSpot.
Application Integration Overview: Podio (data sync), Canva (content creation), Corelogic (real estate data). Other applications (Clean Email, ClickCease, Globiflow, KapWing – Video, Pro Backup, SKED Social, TIDI, Time Doctor, WooCommerce, Wufoo) were absorbed or streamlined within HubSpot.
No custom API integrations for the main project, but interest in a third-party portal for job requests was noted.
V. Implementation Process
Steps involved downloading and configuring datasets for upload. Challenges included data relationships, upload capability and misaligned content, overcome by creative configuration. The timeline was 12 months, including management training, dashboard configuration and weekly operational rhythms.
VI. Results
Improved data accuracy, increased efficiency/productivity, reduced manual effort, enhanced reporting/analytics, better workflow and streamlined processes. Quantifiable results showed increased business capacity with fewer resources.
